The fancoil unit was not centred over the door. Donno why they didn't centre it. I don't think got issue leh. They already installed the piping mah. Just a matter of positioning
And really quite slanted leh. Like it's very noticeable. Other fancoil units look OK.
It looks like they didn't even bother to use a level to check if it's straight, then slant it a bit. It looks like they just used their eyes and hantam.
I can see why lowest price doesn't mean best haha.

You can try calling them, no one will pick up your calls. This is exactly the same, no one will attend to you if ****s happen.
(extremely late delivery, irresponsible and untrained delivery man-dragged furniture and scratch the parquet flooring)

Hi, anyone have any idea can backsplash install in one piece for 14ft long?? Or must it install in 2 pcs..??? Thks.
can,but will be very expensive if it is meant for HDB as HDB lift cannot fit in 14ft in one piece.will have to carry up by worker through stairs.

the design should be typical normal Singapore HDB style? good if they have photos of recent completed works to show

Not bad for now... jus went to see their sofas... so far not bad but not sure how durable the sofa will last... lol
Brought my sofa from seahorse and lasted 15 month without any maintainence and it started to peel badly..

I have a painter to recommend,he is a full time painter and a one man show,he painted my entire 4 room house including store room wall,door,door frame,and well as skirting in total 4 days,from what i c,he very professional,will do sandpapering to the false ceiling first and paint a layer of sealant before painting a layer of paint.He told me he want the wall to look shiny.What impress me most is that he would paint 2 layer of coat on my door frame and would return the 2nd time to touch up the paint after the renovation work.However if you ask him about how to match colour scheme for your wall,he is not that good in this area.He will only paint whatever colour you ask him to paint.PM me if interested.

Bro, can I check with you if your blind is pvc or wood? and how much per square foot?
