Hi Friends, 2 weeks ago I was signed up the quotation with my ID and paid S$1000 as advance. But now I am not satisfied with him and thinking to change the ID. He was not started the work yet, but applied the renovation permit with HDB. If I cancel the quote now, can I get back the money? Any leagal issues? Please advice.
