    oic, sandalwood ok la. but the practice of leaving their doors wide open during the 'fumigation'. is it part of the ritual too? any indian user here can advise please? cos the ritual of bells and chanting is really ok. just concerned about how long i can endure the extreme fumigation. :(

    alan26: when we recee the place,its so quiet with a chinese and malay neigbour. was thinking. good liao. can have nice biscut during hari raya to eat and bah-gua during cny to try. but during reno, the malay moved out. hehe. pengz. zhun zhun next door become mini temple. :P

    haha u got same problem as me, when we were looking for a flat, we recee the place then surveyed abit...my opposite neighbour facing me used to be a chinese family, their corridor outside veyr clean...my adjacent malay neighbours hung a lot of clothes along the corridor (recently started to hang underwear :furious:) ...but we thought ok since our opposite one is clean then ok le......who knows....during reno, the chinese family moved out....an indian family moved in......then a few days after they started to move in, they too started to hang their clothes outside their unit.....so now my floor looks like kampung.....so pai seh to invite friends to my place....very fed up with inconsiderate ppl....

    as for the smoke, i suggest speaking to your neighbour about it.....being religious is one thing...being considerate to your neighbours is another......

    morning! how is everybody??? got miss me?? :notti:

    been busy lately.....no time to come in..... :P

    lately also very fed up with my neighbours....mine is point block so each floor only 4 units.....lately my diagonal unit neighbour started to hang underwear outside the flat....too da*n much....they already hung a lot of clothes on the corridor, the underwears suddenly appeared....so imagine u go home, lift dorr open, you are confronted by their underwear......da*n suay :bleah:

    and the neighbour facing me recently got a huge dog, kept barking non-stop early in the morning and there was a foul smell emitting from their flat.....duno if they bathe the dog or not......and since we are facing them, sometimes when we open the door, the smell da*n horrible.....

    very fed up of such inconsiderate ppl......feel like complaining to town council about the clothes and the dog......:furious:

    going to be a busy weekend.. tml my cousin wedding.. attending tea ceremony and dinner.. then sat got to get busy with my friend's rom.. discussing abt her venue decor and her dress fitting.. got to help my mum do some major stuffs.. going to take leave next friday..

    woo.. i am busy bee..

    i nv complain to neighbours of coz.. once a while will get angry over it lah..

    we dunno how high ashes or insect will fly mah.. or maybe nowadays insects are more powerful liao.. :rofl:

    if not frequent then ok lar.....but if downstairs really burn things frequently, i can't imagine those living lower floors one how.....everyday sweep also no use....

    i also dunno lor.. because yesterday when i came back also have lor.. i wonder if is really from the ground floor or neighbours. :curse: once a while will have.. i rem during cny also have lor.. but is from full length window there.. then dirty my sofa lor.. super angry.. because i just changed the sofa cover.

    talking abt xiao qiang.. last week got 1 cricket flew in! big one somemore.. i damm scare.. shout for help.. :curse:

    next time u observe if anyone burns anything downstairs...that time my downstairs also got ppl burn gim jua....but only one time lar...and this kinda thing not nice to complain so ok lor...shut all the windows but whole house very humid....

    wah you so high floor they also can fly in ar?!? your full length windows face where? got blockage like flats in front or facing the open?

    I very amazed.....i always thought living at higher floors, the house should be able to keep clean for some time cos air is fresher and lesser insects....i told myself next time change house, i wan high floors one.............................u dashed my hopes sia................

    maybe lor.. haiz.. then this morning my foyer area was a mess.. ashes all kanna blown in.. :curse:

    bo bian.. my hubby will kanna nose blk if sleep in aircon room.. use fan lor..

    Wah u so high floor, still got ashes flown in ar? I thought the air at higher floors is cleaner cos very far away from ground pollution.....mine mid floor......and some more opposite got flats, so normally not much wind enters our house, unless the wind comes from BKE that side....but then all the car smoke would be blown into our house......not good, not entirely bad cos got wind.....:bangwall:

    That time got one humongous xiao qiang flew in....my hubby asked me not to look for fear of me having nightmare abt it...:bangwall:

    the wind blowing is pretty scary. the windows were force open 2-3 times..

    nope.. we dont turn on air con. or should say we nv use aircon so far. waste electricity and also not healthy..

    maybe you high floor that's why wind so strong....

    but weather so hot can tahan the heat?
