Hi All, can share with me what is the proper procedure of handover of the house from ID to us. My ID just called and say that everything has been done, and there's no need to meet up again he's too busy. He is saying we can move in first and compile all the defect things altogether and let him know maybe after 1 month. But I just saw the contract, they only give us 7 days upon date of completion to report the defected workmanship. Is my ID trying to be funny?
