Hi, Living in 20yr-old 4rm flat in West. Basically, I want to install the same exercise equipment-- i.e. gymnastic rings-- using the same mounting method as this guy (please click on link for photos): http://www.powerathletesmag.com/wforum/viewtopic.php?t=1231 I would like to know if my HDB ceiling can take the weight. Besides, I am not too sure whether hanging something so heavy is allowed by HDB. Lastly, I am not sure about who to call. Will any normal interior design contractor have the skill and equipment to do it? Thanks all!
