[Is it pointless to use 5 ticks Air con]

Hi,

I went to aircon shop. One of the salesman point out that is pointless to purchase 5 ticks aircon because 2 ticks aircon have higher cooling capacity and able to cool down the room faster and better electric saving then 5 ticks due to 5 ticks aircon take longer time to cool the room. So what you guys think is true?

Suggest also mention which company is the installer. Maybe cause by installer.

My heater spoil within 1 month and the heater company came down and find that using lousy cable ( for lighting use wire cable). They change for me free.

I bet installer may come apart as they are the one install wiring too.

Ya- u need PE to do this, I did once, take very long time, once approve, they build very fast. I got in very high side because

I get from consultant Flim , but during erection of mezzanine, I get the name card from the builder, they charge a lot cheaper

Without middleman after I passed their namecard to my negibour , they also do with PE ans submission

[No Stain Paint - Wall]

Where to get no stain paint. Not those easy to remove stain.

Those stain cannot easily stick on it. Example go to corridor and rub those dirty floor with yr hand and then rub against the wall, it won't stain on it.

Or use yr shoe and kick/step onto wall, it won't stain shoe mark.
