Finally photobucket is working for me. Our floorplan: That wasn't our ideal home initially mainly cos' of the kitchen, but it turn out pretty good. Even though we are staying at low level, it's pretty windy for low level. So we are lucky. When we collected our keys, we went over to our new home to take a look. The condition of the house was alright, just needed some minor reno from HDB before we start ours. The barren living room: We wanted our home very simple and modern. We chose Red, Black and White as our main colours for our house. The ID provided us the 3D Drawings of our house. Living Room: Kitchen: Master Bedroom: We were pretty pleased with the design, but of cos' we did some minor changes to the design. So far so good.

Thanks!! Everything is alright so far, just some bits and pieces of things that the ID didn't do properly. Overall everything is ok, ID quite responsible, things we asked him to change, he will change w/o questioning much. So overall our working relationship is good!

Hello everyone... We are nearing completion of our renovation and I would like to start our very own t-Blog. Okie, it's kinda slow, but it's better late than never right? Hehe... We got our Sales of Balance Flat at Anchorvale, I would say we are really lucky cos' our unit was the last 2 available for selection. Our ballot number was way beyond the number of units available. Checking the HDB website was like checking the stock market, our heartbeat were racing every time the number of unit available decrease. But nevertheless, we got it. We collected our keys in May, and selected our ID and in June we start our renovation. Renovation took a couple of months longer cos' we told the ID that he can take his time and his deadline is 15 September. We chose D Trenzo first because he gave us a really good price and we like the ID service. Our ID from D Trenzo is Nicholas. He was pretty fast in his service, quotation was ready the next day after we discuss, and 3D pictures was shown to us after 1 week of our confirmation with them. I will slowly add in the pictures for the 3D drawings and my almost ready house when I figure out what is wrong with photobucket... Stay tuned...
