Can anyone advice me, on average how many hearing must we attend if I were to bring this matter to sct?

That time when I order my sofa, they refuse to give me a sample. Only when my sofa arrive I feel that the colour and material is different, then I go down to their shop and demanded a sample for me to go back and compare. Which after confirm the difference. That's y when it was delivered, I did not reject the goods.

The sample is from the shop and that is the kind of leather when i purchase the sofa. I did indicate that I want that type and they said it will be the same. The 3rd picture is from the hole from the 2nd picture, not addition damage. I flip the hole so as to allow the photo to be taken as to compare.

1st photo show the different in surface and colour. 2nd photo show that there is a hole on my armrest when it is delivered. 3rd photo show the underside difference in my sofa and leather sample. The area where my finger is, the brown side is flaking off like some kind of small bits. Dave can help me see what is this?? or anyone is able to advice as well.

The thing is I have a sample with me and it's clearly different from my sofa, even the colour is different. Will SMT accept this?

need some expert advice. I have some rough idea on different grade of leather. I recently bought a half leather sofa ( i understand that in half leather sofa means that the backing is fake but the seat and hand rest area is made of leather)- price $2200. what will be the grade of the leather area according to CASE definition? - top grain? split grain? bonded leather? My Invoice just state half leather, the quality from my sofa is different from the sample in the store. I did indicate that i wan that kind of quality from the sample. The manager of the shop insist that it is leather, she said is tou chen pi ( in chinese- is it top grain leather?) What can i do next? I do not want to go to small claim tribunal then eventally they say is it is bonded leather but still got leather in it. Need help urgently thanks alot.
