It's about 5 mins walk to the MRT station i guess. As compared to boon keng, still further and the fact that there is only one stupid bus service! My friend took the new flats at boon keng, cityview or something. It was so small. Either with bigger space but weird layout or weird layout with smaller space. Flats now...

Yes. That's the one and only point block there. Hahahaha. It's really tempting. We have been offered a number of times and not kidding. We were once shaken.(if that offer was real and they were not kidding). Even the current neighbour who came to see our house recently said that they actually wanted our unit cause of the view. Hahaha. Not only houses there days have odd shapes, sometimes it's like waste of space. They decided to use it to make a super big service yard when they should have given those space to make the bedrooms bigger. Think we were really lucky. Heard from my parents that they had to ballot for the units in the past. While my grandmother hopes for low level unit, my brothers hope for high. Of course, their wishes came through.

No problem. I think it's the correct info. My dad can't rmb how big is the recess area only the house itself when i asked him. When with my brother to take a look at those EC and HBD and realised that it's really SMALL!!! If everything permits, I don't see the point of selling this house since we spent a bomb on renovation as well. Just hope that the government don't be funny and tell us that they want to do something with that piece of land.

Thanks. It's called MOVI door. It's made from a combination of aluminium alloy and laminated glass.

I wanted too. But have to consider that he might have family in the future so it's okay. It's fine with me, just have to walk a little further to the toilet. Hahahahaha. I have both bedroom 3 and the study room! (Currently the only one left studying)

Oh, I meant that I could see it from the house that is currently under renovation. Hahaha. Whole mbr into glass wall, doubt my brother will be so daring. Thanks. Checked with my parents, the house itself is 128, together with the recess area should be about 140 (plus/minus). From what I know most of our neighbors below bought the recess area as well. The MBR door should be opening outwards, parents will be staying in the middle bedroom. Didn't think of such potential problem, hope they wouldn't knock into it. Hahahaha. Hope the appliances we bought are good to last. Everything's so expensive now.

Hi May. I saw your t-blog and roughly know where you are located at. I am currently staying at Boon Keng area too, near the mac. From the living room, I guess I will be able to see your house or your area somehow. As for the master bedroom, yup that's the basin area.

And then it's shopping time. We bought our appliances and also furnishing. Trying to find the right place to do our curtains and wallpapers. Doing wallpapers for the whole house is no joke. We were quoted like $6000 just for wallpapers alone. Anyway, here are somethings we bought: Wood on sofa and coffee table will be sprayed black as requested and the fabric will be in some colour that I can't rmb what. Dining table will be the one on the bottom left while the dining chair will be those on the bottom right, in mocha. 55-Inch Samsung LED TV and samsung blueray player for the living room and 33-Inch Samsung LED TV for the Master Bedroom Yamaha Soundbar Techno hoob and hob, Hatachi fridge, bosch oven and panasonic microwave oven We bought 2 king size beds, a queen size bed and also a single bed as well. It's like buying a brand new house, everything must be bought again.
