  10. I met one at 448 pasir ris. Like the layout and the view of garden and facility but its does not justify the 100K COV. And the unit is in original condition so a major overhaul is needed so in the end i need to come out at least min 150k cash which is not worth. Might as will get a EC. And my wife is worry we will loose out as 2nd viewing normally will seal deal. So i told my wife if the house is fated to be urs it will be urs so no need to worry.   16. Great to hear roughly about 30k as I'm going to spend about this amount. Everything I tiles and cabinet will be the simplest type no need any high end stuff. Hope that will be enough cos after cov not much left

Not going to do much on reno just going to do up 1) 3 toilets 2) kitchen cabinet 3) feature wall for living room 4) polishing of marble floor 5) Paint the whole house. Roughly how much will all this cost? Been reading this thread from page 1 till the last page hahaha

  21. Hi everyone need some advise. Currently i am looking for a EM at east side and my agent told me at Blk 717 Bedok Reservoir Road there is a flat selling sqm is 140. Is it very small for a EM? And also my agent told me its a 5rm flat but classified as a EM so what does that means? Please advise. Thanks in advance
