    Sorry for the late reply,... Recently busy with my work...

    His company workmanship is not bad... I do know that he is applying for the HDB's registered renovation contractor but due some changes of the HDB rules and regulation and his application is delayed.. He is a trustworthy guy if not I also dun dare to intro... He is an easy going guy ... U can try to meet up with him and have some words with him... There is no harm to meet up n see the design that he think for u...

    HI.... For my view, a normal 4rm BTO flat will need around 18k onwards and depends on the items that you want to do up.

    But just remember that good things don't come cheap. If you want more quotation to compare, you can PM me and i recommend my ID cum contractor to you.

    his pricing is quite reasonable...

    Hi , normally need a period of 4 - 6 weeks times to do up a 4A empty flat... But there are various of ways to do the reno when ur furniture is around.I think you can ask contractor for advice. By the way, if you don't have any ID in your mind, you can try my ID whose service is good, and give lots of advice. At the same time, you can ask him for quotation too. :yamseng:
