    i just checked , our area expected installation date is ard june 2012 , i think all the new flat do not come with open net yet.

    hmm then what is the ethernet lookalike behind the main door? i thought that was open net..

    I got this also fr 1 of the forumer here..But too bad mine already bought at Jln besar oreadi. Got 3 burner ,slim hood and built in oven for 1.5k..You can check out the price first b4 committing anything..

    Ahh... Kraitz... Finally someone else from 476A. :D I requested for my floor plan with dimensions from HDB and got it after a few days. Also paid $5 for it. I also went to look for ID's alr. After talking to several of them, have now fixed an ID who matched my ideas and price. I would say that its never too early to go and fix your ID's as then you would have time to plan your furniture, budget and stuff.

    rough guide ard 10k - 12k.

    Mainly depend on what you really have in mind & factors like eg:quality,design,etc.

    All these factors will add onto your budget.

    **& dont forget about all those "little things" that you might wanna add-on along the way.
