Hi, Have some questions regarding renovation. The existing floor of my 5rm flat is old and I am planning to just re-tile that alone. 1. What would it cost to re-tile that alone? I dont know the sq ft of the kitchen but please assume average Hdb 5 room 2. If I want to do that alone, should I engage a contractor or Id? 3. Any recommendations on any contractor/Id? My bedroom is a parquet flooring is generally okay but has some light split offs. What can be done with that? And can they be polished? If so how much would that cost? Regards, CSS
