i was charge $500 to hack Kitchen and $300 for toilet. My ID advice not to hack in order to save cost. Finally go with over laying, hope all goes well....

There are alot of agent out there that will offer his service to sell your house at 1% comms. Unless the agent provide wonderful service and you don't paying more.

3 yrs back, 10K COV is already considered high. Now COV can go up to 100k in good location, but i wander who will buy. Good luck to the seller.
