    my PD doors were installed more than a yr ago, after 1 yr no warranty. Many parts cracked and started to drop. Even though the parts cost $2, it's not easy for me to fix, they charged $50 for transportation to come & fix

    loobhlinda, is the haulage cost included in your quotation by the ID during initial stage? Or they pay for you first then get the money later? Abit confused liao.. !!

    my ID told me the quotation does not incl haulage, he asked me whether I want to pay on my own or I can give him the $1000, then he gave to town council

    Thanks, I already stirke them off my list a few weeks back.

    I heard that 4th floor also have show flat.

    Anyidea belong to which contractors?

    4th floor is not the showflat, the showflat is on the 24th storey

    because 24th storey can't see the banner so made use of 4th storey to display the banner

    Also talk to the hdb officers whether can have the door back? I leave my phone no, hopefully hdb staff will call back cos I feel the door is very solid and good.

    Too bad to say that the contractors who do the those units, I have strike it off my list!:jawdrop:!

    I regretted opt out the doors, at the time when we select the flat, the doors look real ugly.

    today called hdb regarding getting back the doors, one of the sers matter officer replied rudely "u already opt out how can get back"

    my ID told me for toilets if use bi-fold doors wld be ugly with frames, he suggests buy besglas movi door which cost $580 per door, very ex.

    kitchen got very big pipe, so the cabinet doors have to separate two layers, top will be protuding, he said that's the only way to hide the pipe.

    I am also interested in the HHS rack.

    ya.. need to check for defects n submit the list within 7days.. then better let HDB rectify everything b4 starting ur renov.. to avoid any party pushing blames if anything goes wrong..

    will just ask the contractor to start some hacking, then can continue reno in the 7th month

    I think agreement will be done on the same day

    almost end of july... still no update from HDB... !!

    the barriers along jln membina, from blk 25A all the way across to blk 26, all taken down already... :)

    but mine is showed a "4R A1" leh.. mine is a 85sqm only... anyway.. tis is not really impt la.. more impt.. tell me when i can get my keys.. hahaa.. nvm.. be patience.. hee..

    the DPD always change 1.. (in my case).. sometimes i log on i see DPD is 30nov 2008.. sometimes i log the DPD was taken out and left with a "-" (dash) there... :(
