I am also a victim of Excellence's failur to honour commitment to deliver sofa.

Deposit of SGD1500 is with Excellence. They gave me a old sofa as temporary replacement until the new one arrived. but it has not for the last 3 months.

What are the next steps. kindly advise.

from the posts, i can see that i need to approach Small claims tribunal.
