    hey guys!

    i'm new in this forum so pardon me if i ask any weird question.

    i've engaged a id firm to design and renovate my new 4 room flat.

    as this is my first time doing this, i'm trying to gather as much info as i can.

    i would like to know does the seniors here just let the id settle everything in the house of there are some portions that you purchase on your own?

    the reason i ask this is because my id just showed me the lights that they are using for my flat and i don't pretty much like it.

    does any seniors here purchase your own lightings and get the id to fix it up?

    any recommendations? :D :D :D

    My family and I will be moving in to our apartment, which is pretty small size (81sqm), and we would like to maximize the house space and make it look bigger than its actual size. Specifically, we are looking at these three:

    1) Converting the bomb shelter into liveable single guest room by installing wall bed plus some storage space and normal room lightings;

    2) Installing invisible window grille at the balcony for kids' safety;

    3) Replacing living room/balcony sliding glass doors with bi-fold type.

    Appreciate advice from others who have experience (functional & financial) in all or any of the above areas.

    Hi suzeneka,i ve a few contacts that maybe can help u.Firstly i got my lightings at 398 upper paya lebar rd and at the same time beside the shop there is a shop doing windows grilles and sliding window.These 2 shops is just side by side only.If u wan a reno ur hse all doing reno for ur hse u can try calling this no 9819**** thomas and just tell him that kelvin intro u.

    Guys, I saw a very nice crystal pendant light for dining area with USB & card reader, comes with 2 mini speakers.

    Dine at home with some soft music ard the dining area **** alright leh. Anyone bought this type of lighting before? Hows the damage & is it worth buying?

    Hi there,i bought one with mp3 player and with laser too.I think i bought it for bout $390.00.Not bad still got music and laser pattern shining on the dining table.Very romantic.Gd choice.

    Where is the best place to buy lighting? Price/service/quality. Went to look around in jalan bersar, lots of choices but not sure which shop to place my order. Anyone out there is able to advise? Thanks.
