    I read your post and what you plan to do would be what we hope to do. Add in another WC in 2nd floor; push back one wall (either the back of the house or the front of the house), as well as the usual flooring, add in garden in the front porch. What is the quote you have gotten and who are you using? Thanks for sharing. (P.S: Yes, buying a inter terrace of land area 2000sf +/-)
