    really impressed with your reno blog. May I have your contractor contact pls? Also, mind to share(via PM) how much have you spent on the reno by contractor? I wana reno my current 5rms in Sengkang as well. WHen i started family 8yrs back, no $ so many thing not done...now expanding so want to do up those those/living hall. look fwd to hear from u ya ! thanks !!

    Hi folk,

    I recently done up my resale Punggol flat with this contractor that was recommended by my new neighbour. I like his honesty and willingness in helping me to alter, make good the kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, wall fiture and false ceiling (all from previous owner). I have to say that the rest of the ID or contractor that i encounter either ask me to change all or price it so high that it will only make sense to do everything new. All this alteration and refurnish help me to keep to my tight budget. Very thankful for his help. Let me know if you need his contact

    Hi all,

    i am newbie here. Appreciate if can share/est. how much I need to throw in budget for this kind of reno works? i did a very simple reno 8yrs back due to very tight budget when just started family. Now would like to add on more on the reno, esp below these :-

    1/ living/dining area (except false ceiling) - incl tv console and some deco

    2/ Kitchen wall top cabinet, glass backing on the wall between top & bottom cabinets & also re-liminate the bottom existing cabinet cos thinking to change color of it)

    3/ 2 toilets -both wana change tiles, basins ,shower screens and half full mirror for masteroom toilet.

    4/ simple deco, shelf/false ceiling in Masterbedroom, except wardrobe.

    5/ 2 common bedrooms - built in cupboard & simple deco.

    6/ chemical wash on all flooring/phaque in room.

    we just did a simple reno (see attached link below for pics ) 8yrs back when i got my keys due to budget constraints. Now would like to add/do some reno on below. What's the estimation cost for these reno works anyone can advice me? or any contractor lobang? TIA.
