    Renovating now. A beatiful chinese lamp and a chandelier that are in very good condition to let go. Chinese lamp is one metre wide and chandelier is about half a metre wide. Willing to let go fast with any offer. You got to arrange own dismantling and transport.     Thanks. Really appreciate your t-blog. Such great help for a newbie like me. Do you think you can PM me your quotation ? if that is not convenient, maybe just a broad breakdown on key items on a psf basis? I am thinking of major items such as flooring, cabinets, rewiring, re-piping, etc.

    Hi there, I also just bought a terrace. I wanted to install additional 3 air con units in the living room and family area. It now has 3 only in the bedrooms. the contractor told me that I have to get PUB to upgrade my 32 Amp single phase power supply to some higher Amp 3 phase supply. PUB is going to charge more than $10k just for that! Wonder whether you had to upgrade your power sup...
