It is not a sofa. Its a dining table set that comes with the leather chairs. The synthetic leather just torn off when I sit on it. I will upload some pics next time. The dinning table set cost about $1200. Marble top with 4 chairs. I just dont expect the chairs to be spoilt within 2-3 yrs, especially when it is seldom used(as in used only when dining in the evening and almost 3-4 times a week) I did call Univonna why the chairs are spoilt so easily, but they just brush off saying there is no more warranty and mention that if I wanna change the leather it will cost about $70-80 per chair! I might as well buy a new one! But the main concern is that imagine u change the leather and after 2 years the leather is spoilt again then u have to change again! I would think that the quality from this company is not good at all and its not cheap. The after sales service is also bad. If there are people going to buy from there, better think thrice!! BTW I also have a sofa that has problem with the leather. But it is not purchased from Univonna. But at least they offer me other options to change the leather or they can give me one to one exchange at discounted price. They will give me a better leather when exchanging. The sofa cost $1800. Lesson learnt. Dont expect the furniture to last long even it is very expensive. But the after sales service is important.

It is not that cheap. I thought it would last at least 3 years. Its real lousy. Even if I am willing to spend more money I would not think that the so called "leather" nowadays can last more than 3 years. Regardless of how the salesperson say how good the leather is, you will only know after you try it and that will be too late.

Got a dinning table from Univonna. But the chairs are very lousy! After a year plus the leather came off bit by bit... When asked Univonna what can be done, they mentioned that the leather can be changed at a cost. The problem is can their products still be trusted?? If the leather is changed, after a year maybe it will be spoiled again. Then I have to keep changing it every year like paying annual fees! My friends and relatives have similar products and theirs last much longer. It only proves that their quality is inferior. The chairs are not used very frequently and care was taken when using yet the leather can just come off like flakes. Never will I buy from this shop again!! buy at your own risks!
