Poor coordination between carpenter and ID Boss (Kelvin) only interested in money Once we paid up, everything was slowed down to a near halt Delayed project by months Workmanship shoddy and needed revisions which the ID was extremely reluctant to provide. If you do use them, must read their contract which is behind the quotation and in very faint grey ink - Missed it completely because ID did not explain terms of contract to us and we did not sign on the contract side but on the quote side. We didn't even know there was a contract until we were told we needed to pay 95% of the project fees before they installed any carpentry?!!
