After reading some "horror story" on some bro and sis blog, I have learnt that it is very importance to have a ID who take pride and responsibility in his work. Think I am lucky enough to have one. I believe all reno tend to be hiccups & miscommunication along the way, it is very import how your ID deal with it. To me what is done is done ( to err is humans ) we should not be too harsh with someone who makes a mistake, because all human beings make mistakes. What importance is to solve it first, I don't think anyone will like to make mistake purposely. Eg:- The electrical told me that my KDK from MY tend to have balancing problem. I ask them to try swap fan blade for me as per mention in the manual but it didn't work. And they told me they do not know how to do balancing. To solve this I done a lot of search in the net and found a balancing expert ( KDK trained ) Expert but not pro service. Read my earlier post After balancing solve, I show my ID on the spoils bracket and he is pro enough to say they will adsorb this as it is their mistake. He is more pro that the expert
