Congrats for your new house also. I have saw few of my friend that have got flat these few years ( Sengkang, yishun and punggol) and it seem like the design is almost the same also. This make the HDB designer life so much easier . . . .. . .lol

Just got new drawing for the changes on platform . During the selection on laminate for platform and wardrobe, we were having a hard time selecting. It took us some time on this but the result (1st design ) does not meet our expectation.I believe this will be a big headache for most people. Lucky my ID is patient and helpful enoughMany thanks on his advice for color matching.Now It looks much better than my original laminate selected.

Some update on my 3D amended drawing

Just saw a neighbour place service yard and this remind me of the advice from my ID on the drainage for washer if not I will miss this also. I find this is very useful for those to take note if you guyz have not done this. I think this is a part where a lot of us will miss. See picture below. My washer drainage pipe have been shifted to a corner and this can let me have more spare for washer My friend place drainage at original position. To me it seem like very cramp after washer is place in. Don't know why HDB design this in the middle? Hope this is useful to those who is gong to start their reno.

Hi LinaKua, I believe we are neighbor of TreeGrove. For service yard I find that it will be better to shift the drainage to a comer see picture below and hope that it is not too late to amend if you think it is good. This is advice by my ID and what i did picture taken from my friend place.
