I stay queenstown old estate. Before upgrading, our toilet is also squating type and the bottom does protrude out to the ceiling of the house below. Need to patch the thingy, last time the one on top us leak water, smelly and got yellow water dripping. Worst, the neighbour on top DIY the bowl themself, water leak and collected in the space of the cement. One day the ceiling just burst and my mum happen to be inside the toilet. Luckily did not hit by the ****water there dunno for how many years... nightmare.

Hi, my resale flat already fitted with rollor bar for curtain. I am thinking to just buy the curtain for day and night. I was told that custom curtain will cost me more then $1000. Will it make more sense to change to the modern bar type and buy off the shelf curtain from IKEA? Any advice? Is it cheaper? Will IKEA remove/replace the curtain bar for me if I pay?

Hi, I am consider engaging ICI painting package for 5-rm at $1400 (5 color). If I would to paint myself with the same amount of work regardless of how good the paint result, what will be the labour cost saving I will save out of the $1400 roughly?

The structure is ok, just a bit old. Is it normal for you guys to just change the door? If yes, how do I go about? Who can I contact?
