The base/shape of the toilet bowl will be different in term of model/range. I've my floor raised due to overlaying tiles. Definately need to hack some tiles. Chenai deck in my master toilet has to re-saw or replace to fit newer bowl. I'd prefer a choice to change FOC when I really need it to be change or during my 2nd reno if possible. Give us the $ even better The left over "ahem" in the bowl will stain the base and have to scrab to clear it.

Btw, huntum balla is back again last nite. Sickening ppl! Toilet bowl.....if were to change, who is paying for the additional overlayed tiles & overall finishing details? It not just the backflow, it's the staining from the backflow that cause more work.

The place is windy. We'll feel hot at times, b'cos Singapore is consider hot & humid. The good thing is, all 3 blocks stand tall and clear from any tall estate/buildings. For the afternoon sun, it's very hard to avoid unless you build your own house. The best area for such hot area should be the shower areas.

anyone spotted small fruits flies in your home? Especially those who usually open the window. Mine's a combine room for my master. I reckon these flies comes in together with the strong wind at night.

The guys play balla at Blk91, the gals dance at the blk91A. So ideally, blk91 is their best choice. Blk89 too many targets around. As for Blk90, you can see mainly the folks which is nearer to the playground with families + kids. Why not we try THUM under our own block? Each bring down 1 stool + drinks. Blk91A also a good choice to gather.

I'd think it defeat the purpose of a centralised bin. some jus walk out and throw on the floor instead. Cos of that, I've seen red ants crawling around the floor area, even at high floor.

Yep! We r almost late for work today. The trash truck & coughing noise is totally immune after staying for 3 mths. We din fixed any air-con. Jus bear abit during sleep and the air will starts to cool in the morning. In fact, we don't usually keep the window wide open. 8hrs with air-con during the day is enough for us. Cheers!

e toilet bowl is easy to flush by accident but the force/pressure is not enough to clear ahem at time. But still can live with it. Only set back is the seat. I find it too small.

Me & my wife put up with it without complaint so far as he's not doing it throughout the day.

some gains have be to compromise. The MRT serve you jus next to your doorstep with shops & supermarket within the premise are the plus points. Noise level will depend on individual. Imagine those country like Japan, with railway track along their house? They still live with it. I'm not very comfortable with overly quiet place.

Ho Ho, jus realised you are a moderator in this forum. congrats man! think not many can respond in time for today. but jus fix a day for THUM will be good for all to attend.

I think many would like to keep the weekends for the family. Week days after dinner say between 8-10pm should be a better timing for all.
