Anybody Knows Where To Collect Courts Gift Voucher?

Hello guys,
I bought 2 Samsung TVs from Courts not long ago.
Courts told me I can collect some super market vouchers from a place located at Serangoon.
I lost the address and all that.
ANYBODY KNOWS HOW TO find it?
Just called Courts hotline, but their staff seems like dont know.. pls help. thanks
