How did you clean up the place after the tenants left? Did you have to engage professional cleaners? I will be renting out our whole HDB unit in 3 year's time when our condo TOP. So worried.

Indian family - couple with kids. Husband work in IT. High post.. salary $8k during 90s (how I know, b'coz he left his payslid when return the house to me)

Went back home (India) for 2-3 wk, never lock the main gate, left the main gate wide open

broke the furniture and put it back in place and put one side. the furniture fall apart when we want to move it aside to do cleaning

fish bone found at the space inbetween the window frame, dinning table and the table glass top , the side on the dinning table, under the dinning table.

living hall ceiling light break down,

always late in rental payment, need to call and ask.

First PRC couple return to China w/o informing us and want us to return their deposit. We reject.
