    Another new 3-rm BTO in RT in 2 days after Tangie! Great! Many here are 3-rm resale so very excited to see new 3-rm BTOs! :lol:

    The 3D sure look big!! Mind sharing how big ur flat is? Tangie too! To share first, mine a near 30-yo 3A @ 74sqm..

    Mine smaller than u - 68 sqm only :(

    Your 3 room looks big fr the pic. Very nice 3d, it looks really spacious. Hope to see the final product soon.

    Im also a 3 roomer but waiting for hdb to call for keys collection.

    Actually is really quite small, I only can buy a 2 seater sofa :(

    I brought this ceiling fan at JB. (Saw it from my ID previous owner site)

    SG Selling at $580 but I manage to buy it at JB at RM 620

    Is a dirt Cheap! (Half price of SG) But the only thing is there is no warranty.

    Is a Retractable Ceiling Fan.. (Warm Light Plus Fan)

    is kinda small and was wondering how to reno as the space is so limited..

    My Bto located at Punggol and i have collected my key on June 2013!!!

    Started searching and asking quotation from alot of IDs and finally we settle Mr Yeo - IQ D**** Concept (Recommend by my fren) He bring me and my family for site visiting around the punggol areas. And Mostly I choose him is I like his ideas and the his quote was withint my budget too!
