Hi how is your experience with idees? i'm considering them and hope to read reviews first

Hi, we will be getting the keys to our 3bedroom condo soon. It's a 10 year old unit and we intend to change almost everything as 1st owner has occupied it til now. It's approximately 1,400sq feet. A few questions and I'll appreciate your inputs 1) How much should we set aside for full renovation (excluding the yard and utility room, we intend to just repaint). We intend to replace all the essential in the unit, for instance, hacking and redoing the toilets, kitchen and living room is a must. Repainting, new ceiling, new aircon, etc. Any estimates? 2) Carpetry: Including carpetry such as TV console with storage space (not TV feature wall), wardrobes for 3 rooms, false ceiling and kitchen cabinets. 3) How long does it take to do full renovation? 4) Any good ID to recommend in the East?
