Hi Hana79, those roadside trees tat hv round, green fruits like apple. used to pick fr the ground and put at hm, seems like lizard don't like the smell so will avoid yr hse. but now don't seems to saw tat type of fruits along road. i'm not afraid of lizard but their sh*ts hor cannot stand, sh*t everywhere. another method i heard but not yet proven: egg shell. put egg shell where they will appear. try and let me know whether this method works. for mozzies, especially if you hv young kids, put a few drops of medicated oil (eg ax brand) on the four corners of the mattress. yr kids will not get bitten for tat nite. above method tried and proven effective. another method just came to know but yet to try: Listenine ya, the mouthwash. put the liquid in a spray bottle and spray the area but need to spray every few hours. tink tis method good for outing. happy testing.

Toppie / tenzion, my id did not ask for his last payment until i shifted in for abt 2-3weeks. when i did not called him for any more defects then he called to meet up. actually only after u shifted in then u would notice certain defects. in my case, my storage heater also did not work when wan to take a shower. all wire ok, water pipe also ok but just do not heat up. so how would u know until u shower rite. at least my id did his job and arrange for joven to come down to check and replace a new one. yes the storage heater is faulty. if u paid last payment, any more defects and with tis type attitude, don't tink he will retify for u.

carelinewen and wildred2, thanks for the feedback. after staying here for about 1month, experience 4 power trip. the best part is it happened 3times in the morning ard 6-9am on 1 sat and 2 sun. so definitely not due to reno going on. hv called town council last fri but todate the officer hv yet to return call. call again today, the girl who picked up informed tat they are looking into it as they received a few calls on the same issue. will post here if there's any update. blk B neighbours, better get a independent light or torchlight as seems like only blk b got this problem. hv ask blk c, d and e - they don't experience power trip.

Toppie, call town council - 62596700 (number now save in hp). during my reno period, outside my flat was very messy and lot of rubbish. after 2weeks no one came to clear, fedup so call town council - say they will clear. after 2days when visited my unit, still not clear so called again. 5mins later, 2 workers came to clear. ladies, if u doing the bombshelter rack let me know - i'm interested.
