Appreciate feedback for quote received for a resale flat at Woodlands.
A contractor quoted me 23K for reno of common toilet, change shower screen, door and WC for master bedroom's toilet, built-in wardrobe at Master's and 1 common room, full cabinet at kitchen, feature wall with 2 tall cabinet and tv console **** room, divider cum shoe cabinet at the entry way and painting of whole house. Is this a good price? Another contractor quoted me 29K but will include hacking and changing of tiles at kitchen.
