    Hi, care to share roughly how much your reno cost (incl id, excl those taobao loots).. thinking of getting a 3i, kitchen is in bad state, got to redo like yours, but only one toilet which is by default split into wet and dry, meaning 2 small cubicles, one for shower, one with toilet bowl... It's on the top floor so the shower cubicle got huge pipes on the ground area as well.. gonna be a headache.. so trying to estimate how much I have to fork out if I get that unit...

    My reno is slightly over $20k not including re-wiring. Re-wiring and power points is about 2k+

    Congrats n welcome to RT n 3-roomer's club.

    You have got yourself an interesting 3room! Mine is a 3NG @68sqm with rect living room. Your toilets looks as tiny as mine fr the photos. But I think mine should be smaller😱😱😱. Are u able to squeeze in a shower screen? I am hoping to do that, partial also gd....really dislike wet floors n toilet bowls!

    Thanks! Not gonna have shower screen for kitchen toilet as its almost impossible and we're not planning to use the the kitchen toilet much.

    MBR toilet will have a shower kerb and shower curtain will most likely be installed.

    Interesting layout for a 3 room! Which part of Bukit Batok? We are staying in a 3A near to Swiss Cottage :)

    Yeah, went through lots of 3-rms in the west with my property agent and after seeing this house, i just thought to myself "I gotta have this!" Because its the only 3-rm I've seen so far with a squarish living room which I can put in a L-shape sofa! All other 3-rms have a longish living room.

    Mine's a road across the bus interchange.
