  1. Hey man, would you mind if you could PM me on this. And for once, I really appreciate the time taken by you to elaborate all in detail. Not to piss anyone off, always heard people saying this ID bad, that contractor lousy, but no pictures to back them up, and usually its only them saying so its kinda one sided. At least through your posting, we could see much more in details and judge the situation. More real and convincing then those one liner.
  2. Hi Felicia, can you share with me on the contact, really like the 'PERFECTIONIST' part of you. Thanks in advance.
  3. Hi bro, can pass me contact info or email please, maybe you can also elaborate a little on the recommended service? Thanks in advance
  4. I think it should be allowed for a few days especially since they are on visit pass. Ultimately, if you are renting the place, ensure you get the permission from landlord, because the first person to complain and make trouble to you will be them, if they are fine with it, it might be a courtesy to update other tenants about it, and emphasise that its only for a few days, one week max. Now this brings me to another question, say if we went out drinking, and since we are quite drunk and can't get back to our homes, thus all (maybe 4 pax) slept at friend's rented room. Assuming the landlord is ok, since its a once in a bluemoon thing, is this against the law?
  5. To be honest, things nowadays are quite generic, I'll usually be on the lookout for 3 things: 1) Warranty period and type of warranty 2) Price (age old dilemma, you pay for what you get, pay cheap get cheap, but pay more doesn't always mean good) 3) Salesman attitude/knowledge. You don't want to be cheated (you no say, this one add more money, that one u want need add money, I said xxxxx ma) A sales person who advice me on hidden cost etc is a good sign, in that case, I wouldn't mind paying a little extra already. Then he will give you honest tip, I've met one guy saying boards that are scratch-resistant etc, he showed me the flaw in it, in other words, how to really protect it my flooring. Mind you this are all before we confirmed the deal. Anyways, back to the topic, brand wise I won't pay much heed to it if warranty is good, otherwise, Inovar is good, my friend using it, so far so good, had trouble during the installation time, but other then that, everything good.
