Got this frame in December 2012 for 399. I really love it but it's really too big for my room now that I want to get a desk into it. Frame is in pristine condition. Has four drawers below so you can store lots of stuff! I'll throw in the mattress if you want it as well. It's from ikea too but I can't remember the model and price. It's about 300 plus I think. It's pretty soft so you have to be of an average frame or else your body will ache. I'm about 1.6m/56kg and the mattress works ok for me.
