Hi!
What're the ceiling fans that you're using for the mbr n bedroom? What is the wattage?
I'm having problems looking for ceiling fans with lights that are bright enough, yet do not come with those cups lights
Hello, we bought fanco but not remember the model. Bought it at JB. In terms of brightness, it is enough to cover the whole bedroom due to small bedroom size. Fyi, we change e bulb to LED. Much brighter than the original.

Any issues or comments from electricians when installing these?
During installation, we were not around. There is no complaint from them. Guess the electrician had no issue on the installation.
We checked on the following day and all switches work according as plan. Not yet try with the remote control. Hopefully it work.

For bulky item you may want to use amcon express.

Agreed with VCT. We really did not do much homework on flooring. Bopian we engaged them, hope the outcome will be great.

Hahaha
This is quite rare, usually is the owner chasing after the ID/Contractor.
At least it show your ID/contractor is on the ball and pro active which is good
We intend to drag it as we nit in hurry but it seem we have to follow his timeline promptly.

Some people claim that Evorich has no smell after installation as compared to other brands.... hmm any thoughts on that?
We heard that too. Let us install first then try to smell. Hehe.

hello! saw that you are with Russell as well - my husband and I also recently signed up with him as our ID. collecting our keys next month hopefully!
so you guys chose Evorich HERF? We're still thinking... because Russell was recommending Krono-O-floors to us as well, although my initial preference is Evorich.
What made you guys choose Evorich can I ask? it's been known that they are expensive in the market...
1 of the main factor to engage them is water resistant. Yes it is expensive but the quality is there. Have you drop by their shop? They did demo to prove the quality of the herf product. Wifey also like the colour of the Herf. We chose amsterdam silver and aspen black oak.
We also read review of their workmanship and so far we did not come across any negative feedback yet. Since you are collecting your keys next mth, it would best if you look around 1st and study all the products in the market.
