Hi, the C309TW is the wifi version and does not come with remote inside the box (as indicated on the box and user manual). My company only sell brand new/unused products, and staffs are not allowed to open the boxes without prior approval from customers). I have checked with my company and according to records, my company had already given you the optional wireless remote FOC, as good willed gestures and the case was shown as closed, resolved quickly to customer's satisfactions.
