  1. I'm using Panasonic CS-S10NKH. Previously I had this kind of issue so I replaced old Nanoe-G to a new one. I thought the old one made noise because it didn't installed tightly. That day when I observed the new one, I noticed its metal component sparkled without making noise. Does that mean it is operating? I worried it would make noise again so I tried to press its case to make sure it was installed tightly during operation. Currently, when I open the air-con at the beginning or for a period, the new one makes noise and its metal components sparkles again. When my finger nears its case, the noise and the spark are gone. I think I damaged it because I checked the operating instructions and it said "do not touch during operation". Did I really damage it? But I touched its case not its metal components only during operation. I shouldn't touch it at all during operation?
