    This vanity table is made of stainless steel...if you go into any showroom to see, it would cost approximately SGD600-700. I saw one at My Showroom bathroom accessories shop. The price is for whole package, mirror + 2 side trays. For your info, the mirror comes with LED (along the border) but it is not exactly perfect as the on/off touch switch there is a patch of white. It doesn't really blend together with the side borders..but at this price, i got no complaint. :)

    How much does the 6w downlight cost you including shipping fees?

    hmmm....the cost is 29RMB.

    The package is about 0.17 cubic metres, 0.17 x SGD130 = SGD22 (with a total of 11 units of downlights) which makes out SGD2 shipping for each. Taxes & GST is about SGD0.80

    overall, approximately SGD8.80 per unit

    After eagerly waiting for close to 3 months to complete the transaction and get the keys, HDB dropped a nuclear bomb saying that NONE of the walls of my new purchase can be hacked....

    Now all the previous ID designs are gone down the drain, as so is my dream home layout. I am stuck with a storeroom right in the middle of my living room and kitchen :jawdrop: horrors!!

    Anyone facing the same problem as me? how did you go around that storeroom? really hated the small hole that leads into the kitchen!

    Please share some ideas....SOS

    The sea freight forwarder is China goods resource pte ltd. they charge by cubic metre (1m x 1m x 1m) for SGD130. So whatever you can stuff into 1 cubic metre, you just have to pay SGD 130 (excluding custom taxes and GST). For this, usually i will list the goods value 40-60% lower so that taxes wont be so high.

    Most of the stuff have arrived and I am quite happy with their quality. Will have to wait to install before knowing how they well they work. But for the retractable ceiling fan/light, its working perfectly! current mum's house is using it.
