Kitchen + Digital Lock
Up close pictures of my kitchen undermount carysil granite double bowl sink.
My brandt tempered glass 3 burner hob.
Digital lock installed!
To be honest, hubby and I must be the most hands off owners ever when dealing with our very first home renovation. Though back in SG, we were not around for the defects rectification / installation of stuff so far. *Oops*
Curtains up tomorrow! I'm not free and cannot be there to supervise the installation but hubby will be there. Will ask him to take some photos so I can share it tomorrow night!
I've got the same sink! just single bowl since space restrictions. Meanwhile, yay! We r greys every where too~

Due to the additional carpentry works i have added, there is going to be some slip in the schedule.
Nevertheless i will share the purchase price of some of the furnishing i have purchased. ID will proceed with window works in the flat instead.
Initially i wanted to purchase a smaller samsung fridge that came with a free vacumm cleaner but the salesman recommended us this LG newer model and at a much cheaper price. After comparing prices, i think Best Discount offer the best price for this fridge model compared to the rest of retailers.
1)LG Fridge M492GSH Purchase at $640 - Best Discount Store
Some specs for those interested.
Same fridge as us!

It's been quite long since I last updated. So here's a few updates on what I've been through
House defects comments hopefully coming to an end. They do not even call me! End up having to go down to the service centre myself to chase for the job to be completed. I'm quite picky on the defects so a total of about 110 comments I listed it down. The house was full of masking tape at one point of time, showing all the defects locations. Some of the "major" defects to me were the shower head being choked, kitchen tile cracked, household shelter ventilation cover rusty, incomplete tile grouting and door hinges rusty. Didn't had the time to chase much. But so far twice I went down, both time they acknowledge my comment and quickly send men to rectify the defects the following day.
On the other hand, like many others forum people, we went through the many process of finding an ID. I sent emails to companies and also used the renotalk and renotalk forum to find for IDs. Many came back to me asking to meet them to discuss on my requirements. Can say that it's a very tiring and tedious process as have to arrange a time to sit down to discuss and not forgetting to repeat what we wanted to different IDs.
Theme: No Theme - just do what we want to do
will update with the selection of IDs next..
Hi 5^ to no theme. Haa... Anyway, Mitsubishi aircon is gd! Been using it for years at my parent house. Ordered e same one for my new house and recently got it installed.

Received my hood n hob ordered from Jerome! Yet to fit it in, so I can't try for now.. But the ordering process is fuss free, he's prompt in replying and offer advice if required on models. *thumbs up*

Hey. I would like to ask about your kitchen glass door as I'm doing the same. When open up and lean against your wall is the door opened @ 90 degree? I noticed your door handle didn't contact really contact the wall. Any stopper required? My neighbor did the glass door and the wind kept slamming on it. No idea if the hinge would make a difference.
