Hi all! Just gotten my new house, had planned to renovate first but am forced to move in then renovate now.. Am requesting for contacts of good IDs and contractors. My budget is super low.. Only four digit budget for a 45sqm 2 room unit. Requirements: Excellent service, non pushy, good workmanship, deliver on time and responsive (response to enquires within the same day) (Is it too much to ask for? ) Please also share your quotation which you have gotten if possible..
