I need your advise with regards to installation of a Ceiling fan at my residence. Considering there's only One Electrical point in the ceiling, my options are:
1. Install a Fan with lights
2. Install a Fan and draw separate wiring from the existing point for the light.
Understand Option 2 is likely to cost more than Option 1 and will require additional wiring all the way to the Switch,
Can anyone give me a ball park estimate of how much each option is likely to cost, if you have a similar set up at your place ?
