    HI All,

     This is the 2nd time I am using Intradesign (first time was in 2007, second time this year Oct). The reason for this post is to let folks who are interested in using Intradesign know that they are pretty good! Dave was my designer/ coordinator this time round and even though he can be a little loud at times (lol) he fulfils and delivers his promises to his customers and went beyond expectations.

    My basic requirements is that I do not want trouble and I want an adviser for ideas and thoughts that I throw to him for sanity check (hehe). As I am not around most of the time to monitor the entire reno process, I need a trouble free renovation process with minimum rework and rectification. Not only will he provide his honest opinions to my views, he will also bounce ideas to me (e.g my mirror kitchen backsplash which I absolutely love) based on my acceptance level. I would have to say, Dave has managed to meet my requirements!

    On top of this, even though my renovation has completed, he still checks in with me from time to time on whether I require any assistance. Thanks Dave and team :)

    Hi all,

    my hand-over by intradesign will be next week! so happy. Do give them a chance to speak to u lor. their team is actually a very bz team. I actually asked my id at the point of doing my reno, how many other projects is he handling at the moment and he told me he alone is handling 6. So, i guess their business must be quite gd!:dancingqueen: indeed their quote is on the high side, but they gave me lots of freebies, so i think the price will be "comparable" to other designer firms in the long run. Generally, the entire process was rather smooth with small hiccups along the way, but i thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing. another thing is he does not charge me extra if i wanted to add a shelf or two and gave me a cabinet for the rubbish chute area with sold top free... he he

    Hi,

    I have walk-in to Intra, Ken attended to us as we didnt know that Angeline & Dave are the recomended ones.

    Thru'out the conversation, felt very comfortable talking to him. We had lotz of ideas, and instead of just following our ideas he highlighted the pros & cons and suggest which method will be more cost saving. We have not receive our quote yet as he requested a 2wks duration for his quote. He also mentioned that, for our next appt he will provide the layout with some detailed sketches. Hopefully he can meet our budget and give gd design concepts. I will let all of you know the outcome, once i received his quote. :sport-smiley-004:

    Any1 engaged him before? Any comments on his design and after-confirmation atittude?

    Me me!:sport-smiley-004: I used ken from intra...Ken is my designer and my house is undergoing reno rite now... so far so gd..no major prob yet. Only thing is that I kept messaging him what abt things to buy until my hubby was so fed up with me..sigh..dun know have conflicts how many times already over this renovation thing

    anyway, so far Ken is rather patient with my endless questions and often gave me suggestions on how to save money. Initially i wanted to change all my windows and he was rather against it saying that some of the grilles can still be used. On the other hand, when he is bz, he will appear rather aloof...
