So many issues!! Last weekend, we went up to our place to pack our house and get it ready for the post renovation cleaning this weekend! Kitchen sink leaking!! I found a pool of water gathering at my kitchen sink! Open up and find that the tap is leaking! =( Realized that water is slowing dripping from the silver tap.. so I called Mr E and on the same day he got his plumber to fixed it for me! Water Pressure from Washing Machine! Had our first wash from the washing machine and I'm shocked to see such weak water pressure!! It's just a few pieces of floor rug.. cannot imagine when we have to wash full load of clothing! Apparently my other neighbors are experiencing the same issue. Does this happens to all new BTO flats? Aircon Since there won't be any more installation of stuffs, I decided to unwrap all the aircon units and test out the cooling power. ****! I was disappoint, the wind that blows out is just like fan temperature. In fact my toyomi fan is much cooling than the aircon. Called the aircon guys up to test and they say its the condenser problem. Well done! I hope I won't spot any more issues!

Hi there, I usually use 65daigou to purchase all my TB stuffs. They have options for me to ship via sea or air. I prefer 65daigou cause it very easy to use and for some heavy items, i can check with them on the delivery cost and then decide if i wanna purchased.

After handover, it's time for us to confirm the rest of our furniture and appliances deliveries Also arranged for post renovation cleaning by next week as well! In the meantime.. more shopping loots! Handover!! After months of hard works from J&E and co-ordinations works from us.. our flat is finally ready for handover! Now that my renovation has completed, we are happy to say that J&E has lived up to our expectation! All carpentry works are done with good workmanship! They even help me to fixed up all my furniture with no additional charge! KITCHEN J&E did a little box up for me at the end of the chimney as the length isn't long even to flush against the ceiling I forgotten to take a pic of the other side of the kitchen. Perhaps when the fridge has arrive and will post again. SHOE RACK Breakfast Counter w Dining Table Super super love the dining table that I've purchased from TB! Glad that I bought the 1.2m table instead of 1.5m cause HDB 4rm is really small. LIVING ROOM Our resting corner

Ikea Furniture ~ What We Bought ~ As mention in one of my earlier post that we purchase some furniture from Ikea.. tat their assemble team refuse to fixed up for me when they realized that my place undergoing renovation. Anyway I have gotta my refund back after much ding dong... So here are some of the items that we bought. Bed Frame * To all future home owners out there, if you would like to purchase IKEA bed frame... do note that their mattress comes in funky size. 150cm x 200cm whereas ASEAN mattress (queen size) is 152cm x 190cm. Which means... we have to either purchase IKEA mattress or customize our mattress. The later will easily incurred another at least 15 - 25% on top of the mattress retail price. We were totally not aware of this until we went mattress shopping and told the SA that our bed frame is from IKEA and then realize the size difference. HAIZ... So there goes my dream of purchasing a Serta mattress and because of this issue, hub agree to change to a better bed set in 3 years times. So no choice, we end up with a customize mattress that is suitable to us in terms of comfort level and budget too.. Was pretty depressed that I have to resign myself to IKEA's bedsheets.. luckily I came across these in TB!! Looking forward to received them! Bed side Table Toddler's wardrobe Bought the above combination for my toddler daughter.. and since we want the room to grow with her so we didn't custom made a wardrobe for her.. Hopefully this wardrobe is sturdy enough to hold all her clothing!

After acid wash Toilets are now clean after the acid wash.. Trust me, before the acid wash, the toilet is horrendously dirty!! Common Toilet -Missing the acrylic panels as we fixed 2 T5 lights inside. Master Bedroom Toilet Rain shower from TB.. (pressure is great!!) Mr E installed my toilet mirror a tad too high.. gotta get them to lower it abit.. I

Bedroom Doors (Yontat) We went to Yontat (base on E's recommendation) to check out bedroom doors. Apparently there is no additional discounts as Yontat doesn't deal with contractors, they deal directly with flat owners. They offered 2 types of bedroom doors. Solid wood & Veneer. We choose the veneer type and it cost us less than $800 for 3 bedroom doors.*Cheaper than what HDB offer*

We are finally at the last stage of our renovation!! 80% completed. Left with some minor touch up and J&E are ready to handover our flat to us! Acid wash was done over last weekend and it's amazing to see how "clean" the house is! Even thought after the acid wash, floor and furniture still have the "sandy sandy feel". So this call for POST RENOVATION CLEANING!! I managed to search for 1 company for this cleaning service and their quote was quite reasonable, plus all cleaning equipment are provided! PD Toilet Door (Common & MBR) PD toilet doors are up for both common and master bedroom. We choose the louver kind and super like it.

Got a text from E that our handover is scheduled within the next 2 weeks after some final touch up. Kitchen and toilet top from Kompacplus is installed! Kitchen Hood & Hob is up too!! I was quite surprise to see that E installed shelving in our DB box! *Thumbs up* cause I totally forgotten about the DB box until I wanna check out the internet points.
