    04) Construct 50mm thick kitchen floor cupboard base and fridge tiling base. $650/-

    05) Install wall tempered glass between top & bottom kitchen cabinet. Size: L180cm x H50cm $750/-

    06) Install master bedroom full high aluminium frame sliding door wardrobe. Length 140cm. $1,850/-

    07 a) Install joint wardrobe one side full high swing door with bedside table opening. L40cm. $680/-

    b) Install bedhead plywood board with one side bedside table opening and low drawer.
    Total length estimated 190cm x H110cm. $1,370/-

    08 a) Install wall hang vanity bottom cupboard with solid surface top. Length 70cm. $560/-

    SHOWER SCREEN AND GLASS DOOR;

    10) Install one set clear frameless tempered glass shower screen at master bathroom.

    11) Construct 50mm thick floor shower tiling kerb. $190/-

    12 a) Install one number frameless clear tempered glass swing door at kitchen. $790/-

    ALUMINIUM WINDOW GRILLE;

    13) Install 4 panel 2 rail aluminium sliding window with tined black glass at service balcony. $590/-

    14) Install n.a.aluminium 3nos. sliding grilles **** hall and 2 bedroom. $780/-

    PLUMBING WORKS;

    Re: All sanitary ware, heater or accessories fitting will be provide by owner.

    15) Supply labour only to install 1 number storage water heater at bathroom. $250/-

    16) Supply labour only to install kitchen sink tap and upvc drainage pipe. $160/-

    17) Supply labour, tools to install bathroom wall accessories fitting. $190/-

     

    Painting works;

    18) To paint whole ceiling ICI maxilite emulsion white. All walls pentalite emulsion finished. $1,200/-
    Included metal door frame and store/CD door gloss paint.
    Re: To paint over existing timber door gloss paint finished. 2nos. Bedroom door.
    2nos. toilet door and 2 leave main door. Prices $290/-

     

    ELECTRICAL WORKS;

    Re: All lights, fan will be provide by owner. Any gang or socket alteration will be charge extra.

    19) Supply labour to install ceiling fan with existing light point shift. $220/-

    20) To cut hack alter existing concrete ceiling lighting point with additional gang switch
    control **** ding area.(2 number) $500/-

    21) Install alteration 1x13amp socket, relocate extg. socket & phone point at m/bedroom. $190/-

    22) Supply labour to install ceiling lights and false ceiling down lights. Estimated 13nos. $460/-

     

    FALSE CEILING BOARD;

    23) Install 3 side L box light holder **** area. $1,180/-

    24) Install false ceiling board at dining area. $720/-

    Hi All, I am a first time buyer and very lost on renovation. So appreciate advice if these items are reasonable.

    Kitchen Area:
    1. To do base for kitchen cabinet. - $400.00
    2. "Supply & install one set kitchen cabinet with selected laminate & abs trimming up & down
    est 22ft c/w s. steel dish rack at right wall kitchen". - $2,640.00
    3. Supply & install Quartz top for cabinet est 11ft at right wall kitchen area. - $1,320.00
    4. Supply & install kitchen cabinet at left wall kitchen up & down est 15ft. - $1,800.00
    5. Supply & install 4ft Quartz table top at left wall kitchen. - $480.00
    6. To do sink support at kitchen sink area. - $750.00
    7. Eletrical point at kitchen & change est 2 pcs wall tiles. - $200.00
    8. Connection for kitchen sink. - $100.00
