can anyone recommend me a contractor who could do any of the above for a HDB unit? i would like to have stained/colored concrete/cement flooring, without ceramic or marble or any tiles. what would the cost be like per sqm after polishing and various treatments or reinforcing; to prevent cracks etc? also, i would like to sound-proof my living room / hall. thanks and regards.
