Good Day. I am Kel and I am new to this forum. Recently, my family had just secured a new 5rm Flat @ Punggol Topaz and will be collecting the key in 3 mths time. As our newborn will be arriving in November this year, I am sure financially we will be quite tight with our newborn and flat renov coming in the same period. Hence request for some advice regarding what will be a reason budget to renov a new 5rm Flat @ Punggol Topaz: Below are some area which we will need to get it done: 1. Flooring & painting for all bedrooms and living rm. 2. Ceiling 3. Lighting and wiring. 4. Carpentry works in kitchen, living rm and bedroom. 5.
