2) To lay non slip homogenous floor tile skirting (600mm x 600mm) with wastage

Master Bed room (240sqft), Bed room 1 (140sqft) , bed room 2 (150sqft)

1) To supply labour tools and materials and construct and lay new cement screed flooring with 2 in 1 with pre packed material . And New levelling

2) To supply labour tools and materials and overlay luxury locking system vinyl flooring (1210mm x 810mm x 5mm) c/w wastage

3) To supply labour tools and materials to lay normal laminate wood skirting

Apply HDB permit
