I just bought a EFH 3971 TN VSB hob. When i turn one knob, 2 stove ignitors start at the same time. Can anyone tell me if it is a defect? Does anyone experience the same problem? I called the casa service center and their attitude was horrible . They claim all EF hobs are like this. I was thinking of changing to other brands. Anyone has a good recommendation and without this problem?
