Please pay attention before you pay .

If Anybody whoever going to buy Owell body care as gift or personal use in Singapore please pay attention . My personal experience is that recently I bought a pillow from Owell and few days after I found it doesn't work properly .I message their salesman and she never reply me . And after I message her some times no response I call Owell office and noted that my purchase is no warranty. The reason is I got products exchange . If you pay a product with original price which is not cheap and now got quality issue and they tell you it's your problem because you never check before you purchase . But if your salesman never show me how I know ! And as such big company with so many rewards and not cheap price , but their after service for me is no value ! For my personal I feel Owell service and quality both super poor! And if you never purchase any staff from them yet please consider more before you pay. All above is My personally feeling . I will not enter the shop for any items purchase never ever again .

Good Quality and good after service doesn't always come after many many rewards and advertisement and not come after price .
